Product Overview
These precision nickel alloy fittings are CNC machined from NS3102 bar stock per GB/T15008-2020, providing excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and long-term stability. With a machining accuracy of ±0.04 mm and a 7/16-27 UNS-2A thread specification, the parts deliver precise fit and sealing performance in demanding applications such as fluid control and mechanical assemblies. Each nickel alloy fitting is carefully inspected to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface integrity.
Product Structure
Each nickel alloy fitting features a cylindrical body with a smooth internal bore (Ø19 mm) and a precision external thread for reliable connection. A small side hole is machined on the wall for alignment or pressure balancing. The overall height of the fitting is 15.5 mm, with all chamfers and radii clearly defined. The sealing face of the nickel alloy fitting is polished to a mirror finish and protected with a plastic cap after machining to prevent scratches or contamination.

All nickel alloy fittings are manufactured under strict quality control to meet appearance and tolerance standards:
Dimensional tolerance: GB/T 1804-2020 (m grade)
Geometric tolerance: GB/T 1184-1996 (k grade)
The external surface of each nickel alloy fitting is free from tool marks, burrs, and dents. All edges, radii, and chamfers are sharp and consistent, with no dull transitions. Threaded areas are completely deburred and cleaned. To ensure protection during production and transport, every nickel alloy fitting is placed in a plastic tray for handling and storage.
