DLC Coating: Friction coefficient ≤0.15, and the wear life is increased by 3 times.

Nickel Plating:Excellent corrosion - resistance performance, suitable for humid environments.

Assembly and Debugging Recommendations

Installation Steps

Use a combination of locating pins and bolts for double - fixing, and tighten in stages.
The misalignment error between the spline shaft and the drive end should be controlled within 0.05 mm.

Maintenance Points

Regularly check the compression amount of the sealing ring.
Replenish lubricating grease every 500 hours of operation.
