These CNC motorsports pistons are precision machined from CRES 303 stainless steel per ASTM-A-581/582, ensuring superior strength, dimensional stability, and corrosion resistance. Each part is passivated per ASTM A967 to achieve a clean metallic surface and long-term durability.

Structure & Design
Each piston features a cylindrical outer body with a precision-machined inner cavity and a flat base incorporating a centered counterbore.
All edges are deburred and broken to .003–.015 inch, and machined fillet radii are held between .005–.020 inch. The diameters on a common axis run out within .010 inch, with an angular tolerance of ±0°30′.
The inner bore is mirror-polished for a smooth, low-friction surface-ideal for motion components such as CNC motorsports pistons, sleeves, and precision assemblies.
