During the manufacturing process from customer design to final shipment, the QC department (IQC, IPQC, FQ) strictly controls the quality of each step's products according to customer requirements. A comprehensive inspection is also conducted on the products before shipment.
Additionally, there is a large testing lab equipped with a coordinate measuring machine, a two-dimensional image measuring instrument, a one-click rapid image measuring instrument, a perpendicularity measuring instrument, an electronic height gauge, a hardness tester, and other testing equipment.
