Material and Construction

The connector is made from 17-4PH high-strength stainless steel. The structure adopts a teardrop-shaped outer profile for compact installation, a central hexagonal hole for torque transmission, and a circular mounting hole for positioning or fastening. A side-threaded hole (1/4-28 UNF-2B) is included for securing the connector to a mating component. All machined edges are deburred to ensure correct fitting during assembly and minimize stress concentration.
