To standardize workshop operations and boost overall product quality, Jingbohui recently launched a professional production safety and quality morning meeting for all on-site workshop staff. Hosted by Ke Tufa, this on-site training focuses on standardized dailyprecision machining operations covering lathes, milling machines, grinders, CNC machining centers, and large gantry lathes. Customized for our 40–50 member professional machining team, the meeting offered practical, actionable guidelines for safe machine operation and rigorous precision machining quality control.

Work safety and processing quality are the core foundation of reliable precision manufacturing. All machining equipment including CNC machines and gantry lathes operates at high speed with sophisticated mechanical structures. Routine CNC machining, metal cutting and grinding processes involve common operational risks such as flying metal scraps, tool damage and mechanical injuries. Careless operation and non-standard procedures easily lead to safety hazards and defective machined parts, lowering production yield and damaging customer trust. All staff must maintain full focus and strictly follow standard operating procedures in every machining process.
The meeting highlighted essential machining safety rules for all operational posts. All operators must wear complete personal protective equipment before starting any precision machining work. Loose clothing and irregular dressing are strictly prohibited during high-speed grinding and metal cutting, effectively preventing skin burns, scratch injuries and operational accidents in the machining workshop.
Operators must complete full pre-checks on all lathes, grinders, milling machines, CNC machines and large gantry lathes before startup. Check spindles, fixtures, guide rails, cooling systems and circuit parts carefully. Any abnormal noise, leakage or loose parts requires an immediate shutdown and report. Faulty equipment is strictly prohibited from running to avoid mechanical failures and safety risks.
Strict operational discipline is required on site. No unauthorized adjustment of CNC or gantry lathe parameters. Never clean scraps or cross working areas while machines are in operation. Secure all workpieces and tools firmly before processing. Keep workshop passages and fire exits clear, and clean up oil stains and metal scraps in a timely manner. Senior workers must guide new employees to ensure standardized and safe machining operations.
In terms of professional precision machining quality control, all custom machined parts must fully comply with drawing tolerances, surface finish and dimensional standards. Every working procedure, including lathe roughing, milling finishing, precision grinding and large gantry lathe machining, plays a decisive role in final product quality. Tiny errors in CNC machining or manual operation may result in part scrapping and customer dissatisfaction, affecting the overall quality of custom machining services.
All operators must take responsibility for self-inspection during production. Check workpiece size, flatness and surface quality after each process. Burrs, deformation and dimensional deviations must be fixed immediately. We adhere to a strict quality principle: no defective parts flow to the next process, and no unqualified products are delivered to customers.
The company will keep strengthening on-site management and random quality inspection for all machining equipment. Regular safety and skill training will be arranged to help all staff develop standardized working habits.
