The structure of injection molded parts mainly includes the following parts:

Gating system: This is the flow channel part before the plastic enters the cavity from the nozzle, including the main channel, cold material hole, branch channel and gate, etc.
Molding parts system: It includes movable mold, fixed mold, cavity (concave mold), core (convex mold), molding rod, etc. The core forms the inner surface of the product, and the cavity forms the outer surface shape of the product. After the mold is closed, the core and cavity constitute the cavity of the mold.
Thermostatic system: It is used to adjust the temperature of the mold to ensure the requirements of the injection process. Mold cooling is usually achieved through cooling water channels, while heating can be achieved through hot water or hot oil, or by installing electric heating elements.
Exhaust system: In order to remove air and gas in the cavity during injection molding, defects such as gas marks and burning on the surface of the product are prevented. The exhaust system usually opens a groove-shaped air outlet in the mold.
Guide system: Ensure the precise alignment of the movable mold and the fixed mold when closing and opening.
Ejector system: used to eject plastic products from the mold when the mold is opened.
