The manufacturing process of injection molded parts mainly includes the following key steps:
Mold closing: close the mold and prepare to receive molten plastic.
Injection: inject molten plastic into the mold cavity.
Pressure holding: after the plastic fills the mold, maintain a certain pressure to ensure that the plastic is fully filled and compacted.
Cooling: the plastic cools and solidifies in the mold. Usually the cooling time accounts for 70%-80% of the entire molding cycle. Reasonable cooling system design is crucial to ensure the quality of the product.
Mold opening: after the plastic cools and solidifies, open the mold and take out the product.
Demolding: take the molded plastic part out of the mold.
