This 6 Pin Tube Socket is a precision-engineered metal tube socket designed for high-reliability electronic and electrical applications. With an outer diameter of 12 mm and a height of 9 mm, it features a compact and durable construction that ensures stable performance and long service life in demanding environments.

The socket's pins are made from Kovar alloy, providing excellent thermal expansion compatibility and ensuring reliable bonding with glass during the sealing process. After glass sintering, each pin surface is plated with pure gold (>2.5 μm thickness) according to HB5052-1977. The semi-gloss gold finish offers outstanding conductivity, corrosion resistance, and ensures reliable wire bonding.
The base is made of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 (316L stainless steel) compliant with GB/T 1220-2007, featuring a natural metallic sheen without additional coating. All edges are carefully deburred, while critical sharp angles are maintained to meet assembly requirements.

The pins and base are hermetically joined through a precise glass sintering process, forming a smooth, defect-free sealing layer with no visible voids or cracks. Insulation resistance exceeds 500 MΩ at room temperature and remains above 200 MΩ at 215°C, ensuring stable dielectric performance. Under a 500 VAC, 50 Hz test for 60 seconds, the connector maintains its insulation integrity without any degradation.

Each hermetic connector is helium leak-tested using 98% pure helium, with a leakage rate of less than 1 × 10⁻⁹ mbar·L/sec. The surface finish achieves Ra 1.6, and the machining tolerance is controlled within 0.03 mm, conforming to GB/T 1804-2000 (m level) standards.
