Precision Engineering

  • Standardized Modular Architecture​
    A symmetrical annular structure with a central locating hole and 8 evenly spaced mounting holes (hole spacing accuracy ±0.005mm), enabling rapid positioning and bolt fastening to significantly reduce assembly time.

  • Tight Tolerance Control​
    Critical dimensions undergo 1:2 scale precision machining, with core mating surfaces achieving a roughness of Ra≤0.8μm. Mating face perpendicularity and concentricity errors are controlled within ≤0.01mm, mitigating vibration, noise, and premature wear caused by tolerance accumulation.

Robust Surface Treatment

  • Dual-Protection Coating System​

    Inner Hard Anodizing: A 0.0010-0.0015mm-thick oxide layer covers the entire surface, boasting a hardness of HV 300-400. Its scratch resistance is 5x higher than standard coatings, ideal for high-humidity and dusty industrial environments, extending internal substrate lifespan.

    Outer DuPont Powder Coating: Formulated with food-grade eco-friendly paint, it cures at 180°C to create a 0.3mm dense coating. With ASTM G154-rated UV resistance exceeding 1500 hours and color saturation maintained for over 10 years, it also passes ≥500-hour salt spray corrosion tests.

  • Ultra-Fine Finish Detailing​
    All edges undergo R0.5 radius rounding, with burr heights ≤0.01mm, eliminating assembly scratching risks and ensuring operator safety and equipment cleanliness.

Material & Performance

  • Optimized Base Material​

Aerospace-grade aluminum alloy or high-strength alloy steel is adopted. It offers an ultimate tensile strength ≥500MPa and a 30% lower density than conventional steel, balancing lightweight and high rigidity.

  • Environmental Resilience​

Passing the -40°C to 150°C wide-temperature test (MIL-STD-810G), it maintains dimensional stability without deformation or coating cracks under humid, low-temperature, or vibrational extremes.

Installation & Adaptability

  • Error-Proofing Features​

Mounting holes incorporate anti-misalignment tabs to prevent bolt misplacement.
