Structural steel fittings are manufactured from high-strength carbon steel with precise CNC machining. The design includes a central round hole and symmetrical U-slots for reliable installation. Surface grinding, polishing, and deburring provide a smooth finish, while anti-rust protection ensures durability in industrial applications.
Process Flow
Cutting/Machining: Wire EDM is used to machine the part into a precise rectangular shape with clean edges.
Punching/Drilling: Using a stamping die, a central circular hole and two symmetrical U-shaped slots are precisely formed.
Surface Grinding and Polishing: The cut surface is further ground and polished using a surface grinder to ensure a smooth and even surface.

Rectangular mainboard structure:

For mounting and positioning.
U-shaped grooves on both sides:
Coordinate with other components for easy assembly.
Symmetrical design:
Both the circular hole and U-shaped groove are located at the top to ensure balance and symmetry during installation.
Material & Protection
Made of carbon steel with high strength and machinability. As carbon steel is prone to rust, the surface requires anti-rust oil or protective coating. Optional treatments such as zinc plating, black oxide, phosphating, or powder coating are available. Stainless steel can be customized for higher corrosion resistance
