This part is a circular disc-shaped structure. The overall structure is divided into two types of surface types: one is a smooth, step-free plane, and the other is an inward-concave positioning structure with an annular groove in the center for easy assembly or positioning.

Technical Requirements and Quality Assurance

1. Surface Treatment

Passivation Process: Carried out in accordance with the MIL - S - 5002 standard of the US military, which improves corrosion resistance and surface hardness.

Surface Finish: The surface is free of scratches and obvious machining marks, and the burr - removal treatment meets the standards.

2. Geometric Tolerance

Unspecified Dimensions: Refer to GB/T 1804 f - grade accuracy (±0.05mm/m), and geometric tolerances refer to GB/T 1184 h - grade (±0.01mm/m).

Key Indicators: Roundness, perpendicularity and other key indicators are strictly controlled to ensure assembly accuracy.

3. Material Properties

The material used is Inconel600, a nickel-chromium-iron based solid solution strengthened alloy with excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation and corrosion. It can form a dense oxide film at 1200°C and resist corrosion from chloride ions, nitric acid and alkaline solutions.
