Structure & Design

 

The component features a 1.135-inch outer diameter, 0.952-inch height, and 0.250-inch central bore, with four Ø0.220-inch holes symmetrically distributed around the center. One side has a recessed cavity with a smooth transition radius, while the opposite side is a flat surface with through-holes for fluid passage or fastener installation. This layout allows efficient flow distribution and stable sealing when integrated into pneumatic or hydraulic assemblies.

 

Material & Surface Treatment

 

Manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, the part undergoes hard anodizing per MIL-A-8625 Type III, providing exceptional wear resistance and corrosion protection. It also incorporates Nitrile sealing elements compliant with MIL-R-6855 and AMS-3215, ensuring reliable performance and chemical resistance in pneumatic systems. The combination of anodized surface and precision-machined sealing interfaces ensures long service life and consistent performance.
